Is FL340 free?
Yes. FL340 is free on the web, iPhone and Android, with no ads and no purchases.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. We email you a link to choose a new one; it expires in one hour.
How do I delete my account?
Open your profile (your nickname at the top on the website, the Me tab in the apps), tap the ⚙ Settings gear and choose “Delete my account…” at the bottom. Your profile, pilot notes, votes, favorites, lists and follows are deleted. Forum entries stay, shown as “[deleted]” without your name: if you want them removed too, email us first. Someone is harassing me or posting spam.
Tap “report” under the entry, note or profile, moderators review reports within 24 hours. You can also block the member from their profile: you will no longer see their entries and notes, and neither of you will follow the other. See the Community Rules.
Can I use FL340 for flight planning?
No. FL340 is not for navigational use. Weather, airport data, maps and notes may be incomplete or out of date; always use official sources such as the AIP, NOTAMs and your company documents.
Some airport data is wrong or missing.
Airport data comes from OurAirports and maps from OpenStreetMap, both community projects. Tell us at the address below and we will pass it on or fix it.
